Ministers loyal to Kabila argue that due to financial instability it will difficult to hold elections anytime soon hence the constitution allows the President to remain in power until the next successor is elected. Many, including the opposition, fear that Kabila is seeking to stay in power indefinitely.
Protests have not just been taking place in Congo but all across the world including London. Inside Westminster has covered the protest happening in Central London for over a few days now and interviewed the organizer of the protest Mr.Ackys Kituba.
